Unable to Limit Search Results to Only Materials Available at Selected Library in Desired Format Whether Or Not They Are Checked Out #21

Description

@JohnYorio

This may be another version of what I reported on #19

The issue: There appears to be no way to get search results that include all items of a particular format at a particular library, whether or not they are checked out.

To reproduce:
In a multi-library consortium... Library A owns an item in e-format only. Library B owns the same item in Book format.
After conducting a search, click on the Library A in the availabilityControlContainer
Click on Books icon in the formatCategories bar above the search results.
The record where Library A owns the e-format only, but Library B owns the Book format,, shows in the search results.

This appears to occur when the eBook from Library A and the book from Library B are rolled into the same result record. When looking at the staff view of the result record, something like the following appears:
format
Audiobook CD
Book
eAudiobook

format_category
Audio Books
Books
eBook

In a situation where the only holdings on the record are in the e-formats, that record will be filtered out as desired.

If instead of using the button for the library in the availabilityControlContainer, you instead choose Library A under the Available Now At facet and filter for Books, you'll be closer to the desired result, but any item that is checked out, will be removed from the search results.
