Combination of Filters Using Facet and Library Toggle Does Not Work As Expected

Steps to reproduce:

1. You will need an item that Library A has, and an item that Library B has in a different format. For example, Library A's item is Book and Library B's item is Large.
2. Perform a search that will include the bib record for the above items in the results.
3. On the results screen, click on the location toggle for Library A.
4. In the Facet list, select Format and choose Large Print.

Rather than the record in question being eliminated, because Library A only has the item in Book format, it is included and Aspen note's that the item is available at another library (Library B in this case).

This despite the fact that filter is specifically for Large Print format at Library A.
