Missing file and clear instructions on building the firmware

I'm trying to build the firmware but when porting the files over to the new structure used by qmk, it's missing the file "../../../lib/rdr_lib/rdr_common.h".

Will this work on my TH40 which apparently is V2 and supports VIA?

Apparently that file has the definitions for keys like QK_BAT, MD_BLE1 and others, all proprietary from epomaker.
