Disable notifications to yourself when you tag someone on a pull request #20
Description
It's unnecessarily noisy to get a notification from the Code Review Notifier when you tag someone on a pull request. Are you cool with me making a pull request to only sent review requested notifications to people who are getting requested for a review?
