Block powering does not work as expected #12
Description
Connecting a redstone power source to the face of a block does not always power the block as you'd expect.
If I understand the mod correctly, powering the face of a block should have the same effect as attaching a lever or a button to that face. This does not work in the case of traditional block powering as seen below.

This extends to other block-powering applications like redstone resistors:
Here, the redstone resistor receives no power from the analog lever.

This could be a compat issue but the rest of the mod works well, if unable to reproduce I can attach my list
