InputManager.Current.MouseDevice.MouseOverElement equivalent for touch #1

@timesscar

Description

@timesscar

I use this property to determine whether or not the cursor is over a UI element, per your suggestion in the forums. Is there an equivalent for touch? InputManager.Current.TouchDevice.Captured doesn't seem to quite work the same and causes some weird behavior.

Thanks,
Matt
