There is an issue with the ch340G circuit schematic

I encountered an issue where my computer was unable to recognize ch340G during the replication process。Some of the chips I use can recognize it, but the other batch cannot. I looked through the schematic of CH340G and found that when using a 3.3V power supply, pin 4 needs to be connected to a VCC. Which one did you refer to in your schematic? Why do some chips work despite being different from the official schematic
