[Bug]: Empowerer isn't working correctly

• I am running a modpack
• I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
• I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
• I am using the latest version of the mod

Issue Description

I'm playing stone block 4 triyng to use the empowerer,I'v a solid energy supply for the stands but when I put the item for the recipe it'shows lasee beams shooting toward the center but it doesn't show particle on the block and it doesn't work

Did you power every display stand? It won't work unless they're all have power
