[Bug]: Missing modified dungeon loot

• I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
• I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
• I am using the latest version of the mod

Issue Description

All dungeon loot is missing Actually Additions loot rolls.
First noticed in a modpack but tested with only two mods (AA and ae2) to narrow down cause.
Using a repeating /loot command, tested thousands of loot rolls for each dungeon loot table.

Expected behavior: crystals, black quartz, bat wings, and drill core appearing in dungeon loot table.
Actual behavior: none of these items in dungeon loot tables.

Note: AA-original loot tables "engineer_house" and "worm_drop" work as intended. Engineer house confirmed to spawn in plains villages (unverified in other village types) with it's correct loot table populating it's chests.
Only the modified loot tables are impacted.

Do you have an easy reproduction case? or were you just using AA with no other mods

I was using only AA and applied energistics 2 & mega cells for easy item parsing. I'm not sure how I could test in bulk without it. In hindsight mega cells is unnecessary with the matter condenser part.

Here is the setup I used.

A creative energy cell, controller, terminal, accellerated imports, with priority fuzzy upgrade storage bus for armor/tools on a matter condenser.

The command block is running the command: /loot insert 23 65 73 loot minecraft:chests/end_city_treasure
(Change the end of the command for any other given dungeon loot table, it should provide auto-complete options.)
The coordinates match the chest.
It is set to Repeat, Unconditional, Needs Redstone with a lever on top to activate.

This should rapidly generate loot table rolls, import into the system to view results, and trash armor/tools to reduce clutter & prevent filling storage.
