[Bug]: Milk does not get consumed or add duration to coffee buffs

Issue Description

What happens: I placed milk buckets along with other valid coffee ingredients into the coffee maker. All the ingredients, aside from the milk, are consumed as expected, and provide the expected levels and durations of their associated buffs in the resulting coffee, as if the milk was not present. Orientation does not matter, nor does the combination or quantity of ingredients.

What I expect to happen: Milk should be consumed, leaving an empty bucket, and the buffs provided by the ingredients in slots numerically lower than the milk bucket should have their durations increased by 1 minute, and their powers reduced by 1, as stated in the JEI tooltip.
