Missing access level name #9
Description
When a user selects "Friends" or "Private" as their default access level (Under Account -> Settings) the drop down next to post displays "Missing access level name" In addition to this the permissions are not honored on post. It defaults to showing all users on the site the post, and doesn't seem to allow the user to change to private or friends only.
Full disclosure I am running Elgg 1.12 and I know the plugin was meant for 1.9, but I figured we could work together to update it and resolve the issue.
