Wand Focus Radial Overlap

If a Blink focus (Forbidden Magic) and a Baby Zombie focus are both available, only one will be visible in the wand focus radial at a time. In order to select the Blink focus, you have to have the Baby Zombie focus equipped.

I have no idea why this is a thing.
