Attach volume shenanigans

When creating a VM, you should be able to create a volume on the fly, virtually tho; where, through a `navigate()` provided prop callback given to `createVolume`, the volume is configured but not created; then sent back to the creation page, that will then send off a new volume **with** the VM creation request, and handle the flow
