Electron-daemon process handling improvements

In some scenarios, when closing Electros in Windows and Linux environments, the client daemons do not correctly shut down and persist without any clear indication to the user of their presence; requiring the user to manually terminate the process to kill the daemons. Improvements should be made on the handling in Electron of this daemon subprocess to avoid lingering daemons taking up resources

Daemon process is now handled by a class with an internal singleton instance of a process that disallows unexpected interactions with the process.
