now the elos can only support to limit the size of each log file. However, it cannot support to limit the number of log file. So it then raise the issue that the total size of elos log reach the size of emmc partition , which lead to other apps crash.

Hi,

actually the json-backend expects that the system integrator takes care of the rotated logs and decides what to do with them.

I see your point, it could be useful if the elos plugin can optionally manage the number of log files kept.

I purpose this as new feature.
