PWM not working on cold boot

Hi, I am currently on cachyos. My problem is, that if I do a cold boot (after my machine is fully shut down) the mainboard fan speed synchronization doesn't work. All the fans spin on full speed. Once I reboot my system everything works as expected. I checked in both scenarios if the service is running and it was. I am kinda new to linux especially to arch based distros so i don't know what to do.
