Fan Control forgets associations on each restart #29
Description
On Fan Control restart (from reboot, hibernate, sleep, even just restarting the app) the Lian li controller (SL-Infinity-V1.4 according to device manager), forgets all associations between fan and speed sensor, it seems to be like the hardware IDs are changing. Also, the controllers ports seem to duplicate in the interface on multiple startups such as sleep or hibernate, where the application does not actually stop. An assisted setup finds everything again, but shouldn't need to be run on every startup. On startup, there is an error thrown by Fan Control "Initialization retry failed." I am running V245 of Fan control, and 1.0.0.0 of both of the Lian Li plugins. Also, the plugin seems to be identified 3 times in the menus,
