Fans don't stop at 0%

A lot of the fans have the capability of stopping completely. Using UNI-SYNC and Fan Control, my fans stop when they hit 0% RPM, but that doesn't happen with this plugin (when UNI-SYNC is stopped)

I can also confirm this issue.

Looking at the code for my AL fans which are 800rpm to 1900rpm it looks like the code is always setting a floor of 800 plus the input speed. There needs to be some logic for input speed of 0 or a logic change to multiply by speed which would be zero because maths :)
