You place a tooltip in Redactor context an lots of phantom identical tooltips appear !!!
They appear when you resize the redactor zone .... Maybe when you scroll.
The only workaround for now is to remove the wrongly generated html code by hand in the source editor.
(I hate redactor. We need to replace with TinyMCE ASAP !)
