How exactly do you download this?

For context: i've been trying to pirate Zenless Zone Zero on ubuntu for quite a bit now, and when it finally installed, it said that it needed to download directx 11, so, that's what i tried doing. Problem is, the only complete tutorial i found which downloads it on Wine was only compatible for dx9. My question is: how do you get this version? (PS: i also use faugus launcher)
any and all advice is VERY much appreciated ^

(P.P.S: a big part of that tutorial for dx9 required a link to some list? But the list isn't there)
