Quest 40046 scavenging the shallows issue

Bot just flies back and forth endlessly, never finding item. Came back to bot flying in a loop through the area, probably looped for 4 hours or more.

Looks like a Blizzard bug. I had the quest item, among several others, in my mailbox from the Postmaster....
