vendoring broken

doing one quest in stormheim. active vendoring and afk mode were activated.
toons armor was completely red. didnt vendor. after deactivating both, he looted again, finished quest and goes on now

I noticed this on my testers the other day, I think the active vendoring is breaking it when the bot enters the elevators in Highmountain.
I've put a temporary "shut off" for Legion zones to see if that solves it - so far it seems it has.

In this case, I will experiment to see if the temporary shutoff works just for shutting it off in Highmountain.
