Add a "create Overlord project" command to Bashful.

Since EasterCompany manages Bashful, could we get a "create Overlord project" command in bashful, because currently It just takes a few steps to set one up, and I feel like it could be automated.

Everyone using Overlord is probably using Bashful, and I wouldn't mind if Overlord was dependent on Bashful anyway.

Even though, such a command would not necessarily make it dependent on bashful, I still wouldn't mind.

Overlord has a "create new project" command script, but it is a separate installation from the basic Overlord package.

So, what I would do is take that script and just paste it right into bashful as a function.

However, this topic is more about Bashful than Overlord. Maybe close this discussion here and continue it over on the bashful repo discussion board.
