Figure out how we can test the uMWC as a HIL with a car simulator #129

To avoid last-minute scrambles for demonstration, it would be good if we could set up the uMWC charger ahead of time and make sure that it works to a basic level with the Yocto build. Instead of having to access a lab and "plugging it in" it seems like we should be able to use a car simulator to test startup and simulate the plugins and verify that the software setup is correct.

Since we will not have javascript on the yocto image, we will run nodered on our laptop and connect it to the car simulator, which is currently part of EVerest, so will be running on the uMWC. This should work, since the nodered runs on a separate container from EVerest in the demo right now.

I would like to try to introduce the car simulator into the "charin-XXX.yaml" builds and actually try this out on a raspberry pi running a yocto build from the HPC
