Improve OCPP2.x default configuration #1683
Description
The component configuration of OCPP2.x in some cases uses default values for parameters that are not very reasonable. The goal of this issue is to adjust the existing configuration and apply more reasonable defaults. Especially a misconfiguration of the SampledDataCtrlr and AligendDataCtrlr can lead to extremely large OCPP messages and therefore negatively influence the connection or communication between CS and CSMS.
