Baudrate setting for PowerSupply modules #1676

Hello EVerest community,
A couple of days ago I tried to run config-bringup-uugreen.yaml but it was not successful. After trying multiple workarounds, it turned out the baudrate of can interface is not 125kbps as it should be for uugreen power supplies. There was also no config for setting the baudrate in the configurations of the module neither.
This problem does not show up for modbus connected devices such insulation monitoring devices (isoCHA425HV) since they use serialCommunicationHub interface which is equipped with a config for baudrate.
In case of my problem I had to manually change the baudrate of CAN interface from commandline to resolve this problem. Is it possible to add a baudrate config to all power supply modules such as winline, dpm1000, uugreen, huawei and so forth?
