One should check the  number of connections allowed per interface

The manifest.yaml of modules contains min/max values on how many connections are allowed per interface. Right now this is not respected in the EVerest admin panel. We should check this and not allow more connections than defined in the manifest

When no value is there, it means up to one is allowed
