[API] Complete documentation of the 'bbox' query parameter.

The bbox query parameter must be documented more explicitly so that the end user has a chance to know what the four components actually represent. It is not sufficient to say that the bounding box consists of "two longitudes and two latitudes". The documentation must state explicitly that the first component is the westmost longitude, the second component the southmost latitude, and so on.
