[INGEST] How does it deal with multiple bufr files 1 original and with corrections arriving out of order?

We use the e-soh project with international synoptic bufr files.
We sometimes get corrections on the files with a new file.
What would happen if the buffer files we ingest are added out of order.
Is there any mechanism to make sure the latest corrected data is the final data that is visible?

Sine e-soh, now Oasis, was made to process live data the assumption was made that when ingesting an observation, the one ingested at the later date was the correct to keep, and e-soh does check which is published latest.
If you where to ingest an older file after a newer one, the old one will overwrite the current observation even if the one stored have a newer publish datetime.
