Replace 'axisBottomLabelValues' and 'axisBottomTickValues' props with 'axisBottomTickLabels'

Current Behaviour
We have both 'axisBottomLabelValues' and 'axisBottomTickValues' props used for the same functionality.

Desired Outcome
Have only one prop used everywhere in the code, axisBottomTickLabels.
