Fix: Don't work WorkspaseDependencies in GordonVS

In VS, GORDON correctly finds the “Dependencies,” notices that there is an update and that they are missing, but finds nothing in “Workspace Dependencies.”

Ciao. Lo marco come enhancement in quanto l'aggiornamento dei dependency a livello di workspace non era previsto inizialmente. Se hai la stessa app (come dependency) su più progetti dello stesso workspace, dovrebbe aggiornarle tutte. Al momento l'aggiornamento è previsto solo a livello di progetto. A livello di workspace è read-only. Verificheró come posso implementarlo anche per workspace.
