feat: add better progress indicator in app manager #236

🙋 Feature Request
it wouldn't hurt to have a better indicator on the progress of installation/update by individual app in the app manager so you know which installation is in progress
🤔 Expected Behavior
the goal is to have an indicator in the app manager on the individual app to quickly understand that the installation/update is in progress
💁 Possible Solution
Add a small gif next to the “status” column indicating the current operation
