feat: add visibility of EOS Function API container in Gordon WebApp #136

🙋 Feature Request
Add the possibility to manage the container of the EOS Function API with Gordon WebApp
🤔 Expected Behavior
Start, delete and generally manage the EOS Function API container from Gordon which is not possible right now and a user must use an external tool to handle the container.
😯 Current Behavior
The EOS Function API container is not visible at all.
💁 Possible Solution
Just give the chance to see and manage the container in the Docker Containers tab with the other BC containers.
