Allow filtering de facto anonymous notes #134
Description
Some notes start with
Forwarding anonymous report from #mapycz user,
They are posted from forwarding accounts.
I'd like to filter them out.
Currently Anonymous notes filter allows to choose Include/Hide/Only options
I am not sure what's better:
- treating those notes as anonymous: using prefix or filtering by a few users, or
- adding extra filter option
