Allow to add more data after reaching preprocessing

Currently, after moving to the preprocessing page, if you'd want to go back and load in an additional file (or make any other change), you have to hit the "Loading" tab again. This erasers all previously loaded data and starts fresh. Instead, we want that on going back, all the previous files are still there and can then be removed and/or new ones added
