Ensure langmaterial/language tags have an appropriate ISO639-2b langcode attribute #1
Description
For, e.g, the USHMM material we'll only have text languages of material in <language> tags. A pre-process to add the correct IS0-639-2b code in the langcode attribute would be nice.
