CSV import feature for nomination candidate list

Current system we have to one by one add the candidate for a nomination but the election like local authority / parliamentary there are meany no of candidates include for a particular nomination. So it is difficult to add candidates like that

Solution

• Implement csv import feature for candidate list
• Party members should be able to download csv template
• By clicking the import button they should be able to import all the candidate for the nomination
• Field validation should be there
• If there are any validation issues, user should be notified using descriptive message

Additional context

• Put download and import buttons above the candidate table
• candidate table should be automatically filled with data as soon as imported the csv file
