Forbidden page is accessible

The following page, which is supposed to be forbidden to teachers is available to them:
http://localhost:3000/#!/courses/create

The view is accessible, but the user CANNOT do anything.

The solution is : modify the <section> tag and add a second section.

<section ng-hide='.... condition here ....'>
... THE VIEW ....
</section>
<section ng-show='.... same condition here ....'>
... NOT AUTHORIZED ...
</section>

This can be modified by the user but the server will deny any access behind.
