Compatibility with LethalConfig

For whatever reason, the config file doesn't show up in the LethalConfig menu. If I had to guess, it might be that the config is named SpectateEnemy while the mod is named SpectateEnemies. That's just a guess though, it might have nothing to do with the config name.

I actually think it's because SpectateEnemies loads its config during runtime instead of when the game launches, so that it can dynamically pull all of the possible enemies from memory (I could also be wrong but this is my theory). I can look into using the LethalConfig API to force it to recognize the mod's config.
