Grouping of questions in designer?

When working with questions in the designer, for some usecases some questions are logical grouped.

Consider if we should allow to add logical groupings?

This overlaps with slides also, however a usecase that i work on atm is one question per slide, so slides wont solve this.

My groupings are based on a question in the first slide:

So this could also be considered subquestions to a prior question and we can make the visible rule automatic for such case such its not needed to specify it manually.

this would mean we should expose configuration on input control if it allows sub questions.
