Private security disclosure question for maintainers

I’ve identified a potential security issue in the codebase and would like to
report it privately in accordance with SECURITY.md.

I don’t see a “Report a vulnerability” option enabled for this repository.
Could you please let me know the preferred private channel (email, advisory,
or other) to share the details?
