Add footpaths to CSA

1. What happens:

   • Footpaths are ignored, the destination is always a stop.

2. What was expected:

   • We should add the possibility to walk to the destination or walk to a nearest stop and transfer there.

3. How to reproduce:

   1. Run Router tests
   2. Haren and Haren-Zuid are ignored as possible transfer candidates

4. Environment:

   • Sailfish OS version: 2.2.1.18
   • Sailfish OS hardware: Xperia X
