Question about my PCB

Hi Durburz,
I got this split keyboard PCB like below

And now I'm trying to find the way to flash the firmware into this keyboard. With my observation, I see the VCC SWCLK SWDIO, and GND headers to flash the firmware, but the R_J1 I don't know what R_J1 and R_J2 are. What electric component matches with it, or should I keep it empty, and just need to care about 4 headers to flash the firmware
Please help me check.

VCC, SWCLK, SWDIO, and GND should be enough to program it as per my design and from what I can see it should also be the case here.
Since this is a PCB very loosely based on my design I can't tell you what the J1 and J2 pads are for.

Another question about these hole(socket) square and circle, do you think it for LED diode ?
