The latest release still has v2.2.1

I've liked this thing for a while now, and I'm happy that it's finally got an update, but the latest v2.3 release still has the v2.2.1 exe file, I'm assuming that it was just forgotten in the midst of all the recompiling, but it's a little inconveniencing right now as I can't compile the program myself with my a quick run from Visual Studio.

Damn, thats an embarrasing mistake. Thank you for the notification, i completely missed that.
Zip file should be updated now.

I'll keep this issue open until next release, as a reminder to create a proper release build functionality.
(Or in case i managed to upload incorrect stuff again.)
