Minecraft is cut off when using built in planar abuse macro with off-center window #26

Description

@dazednova

I play windowed with a default resolution of 1450x840 (on a standard 1920x1080p monitor), and i have the window in the top right of my screen. I have kept the default planar abuse window size of 1920x300, so it should all fit on my monitor, but when i use it, the right side of the window is cut off and there is empty space on the left.
edit: the thin macro also causes the game to be cut off at the top, and the eye zoom macro causes the location of the eye of ender on the screen to be off center. i suppose this behaviour makes sense if the scripts do not specifically center the game window on the screen while in use, maybe that could be an option to center it or not?
