OBS w/ Administrator Privileges Prevents Jingle from Detecting Projector

This isn't an issue if Jingle is launched in administrator as well.
There is no solution to this other than awareness or somehow forcing Jingle to start with admin.

Processes in administrator mode are not listable to processes without administrator
So at least using intended windows features, there is no "when it happens" for Jingle
