Feature Request: Require uploader to provide a name to be input when uploading files for better organisation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I collect photos and videos from events of our club. To have this organized in any way sensible we use file request links (synology) where the individual can upload his own files and add their name. Thoose files are then placed in folders named as supplied.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a optional setting to require uploads be supplemented with some kind of name etc. this would place the uploads in a folder named the input text.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Ive considered spinning up several instances but were talking from 10 to 30 people. Not everyone wants to wait for a personal link etc..
Not everyone plans to upload photos videos etc..
Continue using Synology file request links... ;( (I want to move away since ive encountered issues with uploads failing from apple devices)
Other self hosted options are complicated to setup or are full on file mngm suites or dont fit the requirements.

I think this fits well to dumdrob. Not too elaborate of a feature, but very usefull.

For me this would be a great feature. I also have a need for creating a individual named folder for each session of uploaded files.
