[FeatureRequest]: Add support to control TMC2240's MOSFET charge/discharge rate

Should be an easy way to cool the driver down significantly, up to 30C. It's also an easy way to allow significantly higher current on the driver without it overheating.

I have no experience with reprapfirmware but didn't see this option in the documents. It's not that well known but extremely effective and shouldn't be hard to implement so I have to mention it here, just in case it's not a thing.

We currently set this to DRV_CONF bits 4 and 5 we set to "01" - 200V/uS in both RepRapFirmware and Duet3Expansion
note that the
DRV_CONF bits 0 and 1 are set to 01 in Duet3Expansion (2A range) and to 10 in RRF (3A range).

It should be possible to use the existing command M569.2 to update this, but you need to write the whole register.

NOTE. do not change the DRV_CONF 01 bits from the current range setting i.e. 01

Its best to read the value, keep it and just change the Slope control bits

I don't have a RRF machine at all so unfortunately I can't test it😅 From my experience on klipper with steppers driven at 1.4A, 100V/us (klipper default) and 800V/us(both bits to 1) had no discernible performance/print quality difference, and temperature dropped from ~100C to ~70C with it set to 800V/us. (single 12025 1500rpm cooling fan with ducting towards stepping sticks)
