Google reCAPTCHA settings not saving

I was just trying to add reCAPTCHA capability to my forms, and was unable to save the details. When I clicked the "Save Settings" button at the foot of the entry screen, the details were set as a "get" & my browser ended up on a blank page.

After checking the form source, I edited the action to "post" and tried saving again, and everything was fine.
