Download.sh not found

I'm seeing the following error message when I attempt to run `make toolchain`

`/compile-toolchain.sh: 6: /compile-toolchain.sh: ./download.sh: not found`

I've had a look in the repo and it appears the file is indeed missing (along with unpack.sh?)
